Two ways to pay through the firm’s IOLTA trust account, processed by LawPay. Choose Trust Retainer if funds are going on deposit before work is performed. Choose Pay Later Trust if Forrest has authorized a billing arrangement under the Texas State Bar opinion that permits later trust deposits for criminal defense work.

Option One

Trust Retainer

Deposit funds into the firm’s IOLTA trust account before work begins. Funds are held in trust and applied against time and expenses as the case proceeds.

Option Two

Pay Later Trust

For clients with an authorized later-deposit arrangement under the Texas State Bar opinion permitting deferred trust funding in criminal defense matters. Use only when the firm has confirmed eligibility.

Payments are processed by LawPay, an IOLTA-compliant payment platform used by law firms across the United States. Funds deposited into the trust account remain client property until earned by the firm. Receipts are emailed immediately after a successful transaction.
