Primary Responsibilities
- Drafting, revising, and updating recurring criminal-defense motions
- Legal research tied to suppression, discovery, experts, evidentiary hearings, and hearing posture
- Preparation of hearing-ready packets and attorney-review memos
- Correction of returned motion filings after clerk feedback
- Conversion of evidence observations into attorney issue summaries
- Assembly of exhibits, witness materials, timestamps, and hearing preparation outlines
